Hannah Brown, MA
Therapist
Hey there, I’m Hannah. I am a therapist rooted in authenticity, unwavering acceptance, and genuine care and compassion. I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and eradicating stigmas around what therapy should look like. I prioritize serving marginalized communities such as individuals who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those with low socioeconomic backgrounds. In my professional career I have worked with a diverse range of clients from adolescents to older adults across various clinical settings that include inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health.
I believe we cannot fix one part of ourselves but instead have to consider the whole. As such, in my practice, I incorporate holistic and integrative therapeutic modalities including ACT, internal family systems (IFS), somatic work, narrative, and trauma focused care. I have a specialized interest in complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, and neurodivergence. I enjoy working with clients who are passionate about and determined to show up as their best self. I will always find my client’s constant pursuit of growth and self-improvement inspirational.
Let’s connect—I can’t wait to be inspired by you.
