Hi, I’m Kay — a therapist and wellness coach with over 15 years of therapy experience and 20 years in the healthcare field. I specialize in working with women who are ready to heal and step into a new chapter of life — one where they come first. Whether you're navigating recovery from Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, breaking free from narcissistic abuse or domestic violence, or just trying to reconnect with yourself after years of putting others first, I’m here to support you.
In addition to therapy, I offer wellness coaching for women who are looking to create real, lasting change — whether that’s rebuilding self-worth, setting healthier boundaries, managing stress, or designing a more aligned life. Coaching is a great option for women who may not need therapy, but want a focused space for growth, clarity, and action.
I’ve worked with clients through many life stages — from adolescence through adulthood — and I deeply understand the ways life, relationships, and expectations can impact our mental and physical health. My background includes work in major hospitals, primary care clinics, nonprofits, and long-term care settings. I also have a special interest in women's mental health related to parenting, menopause, work stress, eating disorders, and navigating relationships.
My approach is holistic and grounded — I believe our bodies and minds are always in conversation, and healing happens when we listen to both. I’m direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you find practical tools and deeper insight so you can feel more like yourself again (or maybe for the first time).
