Safa Khan, LSW
Therapist
I’m a Muslim South Asian female therapist with experience in crisis work and supporting people through complex, real-life challenges. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and have helped them manage anxiety and self-esteem issues, relationship problems, reentry after incarceration, and challenges at the intersection of mental health and spirituality.
I’m especially passionate about working with women, people of color, and Muslim women. I understand how exhausting it can be to explain your identity and experiences in spaces that weren’t built for you. In our sessions, you won’t have to translate your life to be understood. You can come as you are and be met with understanding and compassion, not confusion.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you’re not just coping but growing and feeling grounded in who you are.
